SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process including delivery. On the rare occasion there is a delay from our end, we’ll let you know immediately to make a better alternative arrangement. Incase you want delivery on a particular day, please leave us a note at the checkout and we will ship out your package on that specific day.
2. Where all does BOX VOX deliver?
We’re working hard to ship internationally but at the moment, we’re only shipping across the UAE. For international deliveries, please get in touch with us directly and we would be happy to help find the best rate for your specific destination.
3. Returns & Exchanges
When purchasing a pre-curated Box Vox or building your own, all orders are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the best condition possible. We only offer return if any of the items inside the box is broken or damaged upon arrival. All returns will be subjected to a 30 AED return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standard.
4. Can I collect my order directly from Box Vox?
All orders made via our website will only be shipped via our courier. However, if you’re in a jam and need to have it by today (we’ve been there too), call us and well try our best to put it together for you. This means a higher delivery cost (or picked up by you from our office in Jumeriah 1, Dubai).
5. Can we do a bank transfer or pay cash on delivery?
The only way you can pay is through our online payment portal. It is safe and secure and we do not save or store any card details for future.
6. Is possible to cancel my order?
All sales once made are final. We do not have an exchange or refund policy.
7. I have multiple orders, what should I do?
You can shop for as many Boxes as you would like, however at the time of checkout, we can only have them delivered to one address. If you need them to be delivered to different addresses we recommend to place each order separately.
8. How do I know if my order has been delivered?
We know you are anxious to receive your gift (we’d be too)! We’ll be sure to send you an email upon arrival!
9. Special Gift! Is there any receipt shown in the box?
Box Vox will never include receipts; we will be sure to keep your secret and privacy!
10. I LOVE your selection of gifts but can’t decide. HELP!
Absolutely! You can either shop from our ready to ship pre-curated boxes or build your own. If you still can’t decide please email us at email@example.com. We want them to love their gift and we will do anything possible to make that happen.
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR GIFT BOXES?
All of our gifts are packaged in our Beige, Black, Green or Red Box Vox branded gift boxes featuring a grosgrain Black/white ribbon, Gold & Black sticker, an Insert, your curation and of course your choice of our greeting card. We offer three box sizes; Small, Medium and Large. Your order will be packed to perfection based on the items selected. DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM CLIENT GIFTS?
We love curating gifts from the products we are partnered with to create a client gift that best reflects your work, your brand, and your company! We are happy to send your client/employee gifts either to you all at once, or directly to your clients/employee with each booking. We have a minimum order of 10 gifts for client/employee gifting.

Yes! We are happy to partner with businesses to create gifts for the holidays, parties, clients, sales initiatives, or for corporate outreach. I MAKE/ REPRESENT SOMETHING THAT WOULD BE A PERFECT ADDITION TO YOUR GIFTS. HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH?
DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?
Each BoxVox includes a hand-written, custom-designed note. You can simply just select a card of your choice and add in your message after selecting your box. We will wax seal it up with a flower or leave it empty outside the box for you to write the message.
DO THE BOXES EVER CHANGE?
YES, they do. We will be constantly innovating and updating our products portfolio to refresh existing boxes, and we will be coming up with new boxes every season. We currently have 3 sizes and 4 colors.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX?
Absolutely. Use our Build –A – Box Vox option and custom build a perfect gift. Want to make your gifts extra special and personalize them to your event?
